1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Foray website (foray.ai) and services. By placing an order or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Foray provides market intelligence reports based on information you supply (“your brief”). Each report is produced using our proprietary research methodology, which combines AI-assisted analysis with expert human review. Reports include market sizing, competitive analysis, trend analysis, risk assessment, and strategic recommendations.

We also offer Market Pulse, a subscription service that delivers monthly market update reports tracking changes since your initial analysis.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in your selected currency (GBP, USD, or EUR) and include applicable taxes where stated.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order.
  • Once your order is confirmed, report generation begins automatically. Due to the nature of the service, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (see section 7).
  • Market Pulse subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time via your account portal or by contacting us.

4. Report Delivery

Reports are delivered digitally via your secure customer portal and email. Typical delivery time is 2-5 business days from order confirmation, though this may vary depending on report complexity.

We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery times but do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

5. Report Content & Limitations

  • Reports are produced using our proprietary research methodology, drawing on publicly available data and the information you provide in your brief. Our process combines AI-assisted analysis with expert human review to compile and quality-check each report.
  • Reports are intended for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data points, market estimates, or projections will be precisely correct. Market conditions change, and all forward-looking statements are inherently uncertain.
  • You are responsible for independently verifying critical data before making significant business decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your report: Once delivered and paid for, you own the report content and may use it for internal business purposes, presentations, and funding applications.
  • Our platform: The Foray website, branding, methodology, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish reports as your own research without our written permission.

7. Refunds

Because reports are custom-generated and production begins immediately upon order, we do not offer automatic refunds. However:

  • If we fail to deliver your report within 10 business days, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If there is a material quality issue with your report, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will either revise the report or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
  • Market Pulse subscription refunds apply to the current billing period only.

8. Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your brief. Report quality depends directly on the quality of your input.
  • You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to generate reports on illegal activities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foray shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on report content.

Our total liability for any claim related to a report shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific report.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
